Terms of service

1. The service

CatalogueAds (“the service”), operated by AIVEXIA TECH S.R.L., Bucharest, Romania (trade register no. J2025076563000, fiscal code 52645913), lets you connect product feeds, map them to the Meta catalog format, design image templates and publish output feed URLs. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

CatalogueAds is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Whether Meta accepts a catalog remains subject to Meta’s own policies.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You need a valid email address. Signing in with a magic link or Google creates your account.
• A workspace can have several members. The person who created it is responsible for what happens in it, including members they invite.
• Keep sign-in links private; anyone with the link can sign in as you until it expires.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to your feeds, product data, logos and designs. You give us the licence needed to store, process and serve them for the purpose of running the service.
• You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload or connect, including brand logos and product photos, and that your feeds do not contain personal data you are not allowed to share with us.
• Rendered cards and output feeds are yours to use in your advertising.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to distribute illegal, misleading or infringing content, to attack or overload the service or third parties, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other customers at risk.

5. Plans, billing and limits

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in euro, plus applicable VAT.
• Each plan has limits (products, sources, output feeds, templates). Items above the product limit are skipped on sync until you upgrade or reduce the feed.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period.

6. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Output feeds and images are cached so that short outages do not affect running campaigns. Support is by email at [email protected].

7. Data protection

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. For product data inside your workspace we act as your processor and follow your instructions.

8. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms. On termination your output feed URLs stop serving and your data is deleted after a grace period of 30 days.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, ad spend, or decisions made by advertising platforms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania; consumers keep the protections of their home country.
